I apologise if this information offends anyones intelligence but since this place is quiet I didn't think it would hurt to post this.

I don't think consumer boycotts are all that useful as a weapon, but I'll be damned if I'm going to support companies that finance the US Republicans.

Boycott Bush International Network

"As consumers we do not want our money to be used to fuel wars, environmental destruction and human-rights violations."

TOP 6 to boycott
#1: Altria Group (Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, Marlboro)
#2: ExxonMobil (Esso)
#3: ChevronTexaco
#4: PepsiCo Inc
#5: Coca-Cola Company
#6: McDonalds

One can not protest US foreign policies while drinking a can of Coca Cola or smoking a cigarette of Marlboro, two important sponsors of Bush re-election.

It might not be much you haven't heard before, but here's something I wrote in 2004 solely for Livejournal about Coca-Cola's long lists of crimes:

"This shot of a bomb drop is brought to you by Coke."
